You have 30 days to send something back to GP Moto Supply, measured from delivery.
Send wheel and frame lights back unused and still in the original box.
How to send Wheel and Frame Lights back
Send GP Moto Supply the order number, saying which piece is coming back.
You get the return address and labelling instructions from GP Moto Supply by reply.
Nothing should be posted to GP Moto Supply before that reply.
Refunds at GP Moto Supply
After GP Moto Supply has the piece and has looked it over, the money returns to the original payment method.
Expect 5-7 business days before a GP Moto Supply refund appears on a statement.
Breakages to Wheel and Frame Lights in transit
Take pictures of both the wheel and frame lights and the carton before either is thrown away.
Email them to GP Moto Supply along with the order number.
A broken piece of wheel and frame lights gets replaced, not mended.
