A full card number is never transmitted to this server; only the result of the authorisation is.

- To pack, ship and track your order.
- To answer your emails and handle returns and warranty claims.
- To meet tax and accounting obligations, which require sales records to be kept.
- To detect and prevent fraudulent orders.
Who else sees it
Carriers and payment providers see what they need to do their job; our technical suppliers process on instruction. Nothing is sold.
How long we keep it
Orders seven years, support two years, account data until you close the account.
