Cancellation Policy
The window below is the real one, measured from when the order was placed.
Before dispatch
Tell [email protected] the order number. If nothing has been picked, you get everything back within 5–7 business days.
Roughly 12 hours during business hours. We will try after that and cannot promise.
After dispatch
Once with the carrier, an order can only be refused or returned.
Once a refused parcel is back on our shelf we refund it, less paid outbound postage.
Partial cancellation
Part cancellations are accepted until the order is picked, with any shipping change confirmed first.
When we cancel
A cancellation from our side means a full refund and an email from a person, never a substitution.
Subscriptions and back-orders
Nothing here recurs. A back-ordered item stays cancellable until the moment it ships.
