The estimates below are the ones GP Moto Supply actually meets, not best-case marketing figures.
1Where we ship
Orders travel anywhere in the United States. GP Moto Supply has no international shipping arrangement.
2What it costs
$35.00 is the free-shipping threshold for US orders. Under it, shipping is a flat $4.99.
The basket works it out before checkout, and that figure stands.
3How long it takes
- Allow 1–2 business days for packing once payment clears.
- Allow 3–7 business days for standard domestic carriage.
- Allow 4–9 business days in total for most addresses.
Those windows are working days. Ordering at the weekend means the clock starts Monday.

4Tracking
Once scanned, the number is emailed. The Track Your Order page reports the same status.
5If the address is wrong
No changes are made to the address you supply. A bounced parcel is reshipped at standard cost after correction.
6Damage or loss
A damaged or missing parcel reported within 7 days is our problem to solve, not yours.
Photograph the box if you can — it helps, and it is not required of you.
7What we do not offer
None of collection, same-day delivery or a booked window is available. Call us if that changes your plans.
